In Thanksgiving

“Fine Food is for everyone!” That has always been my motto.

I am so very fortunate due to our benefactors of being able to provide our guests with the best that we can afford and still be fiscally responsible, staying within our budget. This time of thanks, that actually is year round; is particularly devoted today to one of our sales reps. This person passed away unexpectedly earlier this week. Dominic was one of a kind, a great salesman and all around good guy. He would bring to my attention product that was made in Michigan, that our guests would enjoy and offer it to us at a great price. For that I am truly thankful. With Dom, it wasn’t just about “making a buck,” it was about being a decent guy too, being honorable. His Catholic faith was evident in his work ethic, he showed us that the customer is king.

Let’s continue going forward with the same spirit that my fellow Pole, friend and colleague shared; “a guest in the home is God in the home.” May we treat each other and all who walk through these doors, seeing the face of Christ in them. And providing our guests with beautiful, wholesome, nutritious and appealing meals to the best of our abilities.

Niech spoczywa w pokoju (rest in peace)
