/ Description |
|
The Capuchin Services Center, at I-94 and Mt.
Elliott, assists 200 families daily from across the
metropolitan area with emergency needs. Pantry packs
consisting of 80 pounds of dried and canned goods, meat
and fresh produce are distributed to families and seniors.
Donated clothing items are sorted and hung on racks
for clients "to shop" by self-selecting needed
items. Victims of fire or other disaster and those coming
out of a situation of homelessness are provided furniture
and appliances. As with all other CSK programs and services,
there is no cost to clients.
