Reflecting on the Mission of the Soup Kitchen

We recently asked a couple of employees to reflect on our mission.
Rita Johnson wrote:
Being an employee here at the Soup Kitchen keeps me grounded in humility. This is the only job I’ve ever had that I don’t mind getting up in the morning to come to.
Denise Johnson wrote:
I believe in Capuchin Soup Kitchen because it works! Social Justice at Capuchin Soup Kitchen is open to guests, employees, and other agencies. It is open to all in either small or large situations.
Capuchin Soup Kitchen has stood the test of times.
Capuchin Soup Kitchen is open to change and invites guests and employees to voice their questions, concerns, and gratitude.
